This month Mother Goose Time is giving us a chance to play with Nursery Rhymes!
We’re looking forward to learning number rhymes, character rhymes, little rhymes, and food rhymes.
The kids and I are really looking forward to all the monthly themes for 2016-2017!
Teacher Resources
Nursery Rhymes comes with teacher resources that make planning and executing a fun learning experience achievable and organized.
- Teacher Guide – all the instructions you need for daily activities and projects with tons of book recommendations, play suggestions, and helpful skill building tips.
- Planning Guide – an easy to use week at a glance calendar with a monthly overview of all the projects.
- Gathering List – any unusual items are easy to review on a one page sheet.
- Little Goose – a toddler supplement (additional 18.00) helps adapt the daily activities for my toddler.
Daily Child Projects
“Nursery Rhymes” is jam packed with wonderful projects including several invitations to create and make and play activities.
We’ll be creating projects inspired by “This Little Piggy,” “There was an Old Woman,” and “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.” We’ll be playing with texture mystery boxes, block houses, and cupcake dough. We will also make a crown and create some shoe prints.
A quick pictorial overview of the daily projects and art included in this month is shown below. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to see the finished projects š

Going on a treasure hunt, baking bread, and rhyme rhythms are just a few of the fun activities we are looking forward to this month.
Each day we will learn a brand new nursery rhyme before enjoying related activities.

We’ll be sure to share some of our favorites on Facebook and Instagram!
