On any given day running can keep me from shooting Clemmie in the backyard, divorcing my husband, quitting my job, and burning down the house we can’t sell – as you can see the benefits abound 🙂
Running this weekend was couples therapy – Gray and I hit a new trail and are awarding our top three running moment awards:
- barred owl spotted flying over open field with breakfast
- 8 minute mile man has a new running partner – an adorable little Pomeranian
- a friendly thumbs up from a woman dressed entirely in pink
